Daily Activities Game!

During this activity apprentices from ficha 893879 Contabilidad y Finanzas and I played a game in order to review phrases about our daily routine. The idea was to teach students the vocabulary through different cards, and then have short practice on pronunciation. After that the group was divided into two teams and we started playing Chinese whisper. Apprentices were supposed to remember the phrases represented on each card so that they could accumulate scores to win.

LEARNING THROUGH PLAY!

As it is known playing is a great  tool to help people in their development through the exploration, thinking, problem-solving and language expression. In this case, apprentices from level 6th used different games and material in English to review basic vocabulary and build up sentences. The great thing was  that they learnt and had a lot of fun at the same time. By V.A

ROLE PLAY

The aim of a role play is to make learners go through a real-like situation in which they expected to carry out a task provided by the language instructor. Hence, apprentices from ficha 893897 To Gestión Empresarial exchanged basic personal information as if they were another different person what had them make use of proper questions and answers to those specific questions. They laughed their heads off with the funny information they exchanged during the activity. [by JPS]

Karaoke - English Friday

Students from different programs in Socorro attended the event on that friday. Using a karaoke application they were able to sing and score their singing skills at the same time. It was pretty important because they realized about the importance of having a good pronunciation in a different and funny way. They had tons of fun and asked when that event was going to take place again.
